General Manager

A self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities; to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The General Manager will oversee several elements in Sochi Foods Ltd, including hiring and operating budgets as well as working collaboratively with the Executive Team in setting and launching promotions and prices based on the marketing environment.


  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related fields – or qualifications in Food Processing, Engineering or Agricultural science/Engineering; Master’s in business administration or another relevant master’s degree is preferably.

  • A Certified Manager Certification from an Institute of Certified Professional Managers to further prove knowledge and experience is accepted.

  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in food production and processing or similar operations is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of different business functions and manufacturing Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Finance Manager

Experienced and dedicated Financial Manager to join our Finance team! Will be responsible for managing and developing the whole financial management system of the Company. This role is critical in the growth and success of the Company. 


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager or similar role

  • Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or CMA will be considered a plus

  • Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

  • Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers

  • Good understanding of accounting software

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Previous experience working  in HR management for a minimum of 3 year(s) at SMBs/corporate level
