Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in Agronomy, Soil Science, Horticulture, or a related agricultural science field.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in agronomy, with a proven track record in crop management.

• In-depth knowledge of tropical and subtropical agricultural systems.

• Proficiency in using agricultural software and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach.

• Willingness to travel to various farm sites within the region as needed.
