Farm Manager

About the Role

The Farm Manager is responsible for the entire operations of the farm, from strategic planning and staff supervision to day-to-day operations and financial oversight. You should be able to maintain professional networks and keep abreast of developments in agricultural science.​

Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in farm management or agricultural production.

• Management experience would be a plus.

• Understanding of Agricultural Technology, Machinery and Equipment.

• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• A passion for agriculture.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

• The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.

• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects.

• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
