Agriculture Officer

About the Role
The Agriculture Officer is responsible for helping the Company manage and improve its agricultural operations. You will oversee the planting, growing, and harvesting processes, ensure farm machinery is properly used, and provide solutions to improve productivity. Your work will directly impact the quality of farm products and operations.

Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.

• Experience in farm operations or agricultural practices is a plus.

• Good knowledge of soil management, crop production, and machinery use.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to document farm operations.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
